Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized transactions, or pricing errors.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.
5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to:
Accept or reject any order.
Limit quantities per customer.
Cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
In case of cancellation from our end, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Customers may request cancellation before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery timelines provided are estimates only.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
Courier service disruptions
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Force majeure events beyond our control
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Products covered under manufacturer warranty must be serviced according to the warranty terms specified with the product.
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or negligence is not covered under warranty.
