1. Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at techsupport@hifocuscctv.com

  • Please include:

    • Order number

    • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt)

    • Clear images of the outer packaging

    • Clear images/videos of the damaged product

Resolution:
After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund within 2–5 business days.
For orders with multiple items, only the affected product will be eligible for replacement/refund.


2. Missing Items

If any item is missing from your order:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email

  • Provide:

    • Order number

    • Proof of purchase

    • Images of the outer package and opened box

Resolution:
After investigation, we will either:

  • Ship the missing item, or

  • Provide store credit/refund within 2–5 business days


3. Defective or Non-Functional Products

If the product is not working or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share:

    • Order details

    • Product images/videos clearly showing the issue

    • Description of the problem

Resolution:
After technical evaluation, we will provide:

  • Replacement, or

  • Repair support, or

  • Refund/store credit (if applicable)


4. Refund Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will be notified via email

  • Refunds will be processed through:

    • Original payment method, or

    • Store credit (as applicable)

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or external factors

  • Items without original packaging, accessories, or serial numbers

  • Products showing signs of tampering or unauthorized repair

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective upon arrival)


6. Warranty & Service
